AVS Series VCO Design Packs

This range of VCO designs covers the frequency range 400MHz - 1100MHz.  These VCO's feature linear tuning over much of the tuning range,  and stable output power with frequency.   Typical VCO phase noise is in the range -115 to -110dBc/Hz at 10kHz offset.

LVS Series VCO Design Packs

Our lowest phase noise VCO Designs.  These VCO's provide phase noise performance of around -120dBc/Hz at 10kHz offset.
